PSA is a safe and reliable method for powering nitrogen generators. It’s used for industrial and lab applications requiring 95% to 99.999% nitrogen purity.
PSA technology is generally used in larger, stationary units for labs or industrial facilities. PSA mechanically separates nitrogen molecules from the air using a Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) material. This sieve adsorbs oxygen and water vapor molecules under high pressure while allowing nitrogen to pass through to the storage unit.
Depending on your particular application and your needs for nitrogen gas in your lab, our PSA Systems can supply anywhere from 10 to 75,000 SCFH of continuous nitrogen product.
