Membrane Technology Specialty Filtration

  • Membrane Nitrogen Generators use a mechanical process involving a simple airflow design to separate N2 fom O2 and other molecules. The N2 is allowed to flow through the center of the vessel and emerge as high purity Nitrogen gas for use in a variety of industrial processes. The Membrane Gas Generation Technology is available in our N2 GEN Series and N2 Cabinet Series products.

PSA Technology – Pressure Swing Adsorption

  • The PSA Nitrogen Gas Generation Method uses a CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) to adsorb Oxygen and water vapor molecules under high pressure, allowing Nitrogen to pass through and be collected in an attached Nitrogen storage unit. PSA Gas Generation Technology is available in most of our N2 Series Nitrogen Generator Products.
